Every step of the user&#8217;s actions is logged complete with a screenshot with the item highlighted, and it even allows the user to provide commentary on specific details. <br/><br/>  <br/><br/>Type in &#8220;psr.exe&#8221; (no quotes) into the Start menu Search box to start up Problem Steps Recorder. <br/><br/>You can use Problem Steps Recorder to automatically capture the steps you take on a computer, including a text description of where you clicked and a picture of the screen during each click (called a screen shot).
